Our members are at the heart of Outside the Box and play a major role as part of our overall team. Members, spanning a wide range of ages and disabilities, attend sessions at the Café during which they work to structured tasks and activities. Each member follows an individual programme designed to ensure that they develop their confidence, skills and abilities, work towards the goals they have set and have consistently positive experiences in the Café.
The progression of members, through learning, work and tailored support, is very important to us. They can work with us to gain qualifications and we will help members to move into work, volunteering and other new opportunities in which they are interested.
